Order Vinyl: vinyl-digital.com
Stream/Digital: vindig.bandcamp.com
For many fans "Wakilisha" by rapper Ryler Smith and producer Mz Boom Bap is nothing less than an underground classic of the modern jazz rap and boombap scene. Accordingly, they were excited about the successor "Vers Libre" and will not be disappointed. The Portuguese boombap hero Mz Boom Bap provides the perfect base for the diverse flows of the English-speaking MC Ryler Smith from Zurich. The songs are beaming you directly back to the Queensbridge of the early 90s with a modern update from 2020.

Oskar Hahn & Frank Schöpke – Vater & Sohn 2 (2019)
Order Vinyl: vinyl-digital.com
Limited edition of 500 copies
After the big success of the first part with a sold out vinyl and millions of clicks, here comes "Vater & Sohn 2"!
There are only a few musicians who are as outstanding with each other as Frank Schöpke and Oskar Hahn. Of course, this could also be due to the fact that they are father and son and share the love for jazz music. Together they are now releasing their second album, on which the son's smooth jazz-hop merges with the virtuoso sounds of the father's saxophone to form an absolutely harmonious unity to nod your head to and relax.

Boombap maestro Figub Brazlevic is back! As one of the most respected instrumental hip hop producers in the world, his boombap bangers paved the way for the renaissance of the new Golden Era sound, especially in Germany, without sounding old-fashioned. In the meantime, the subgenre has developed further and is established under the term Jazzhop. And the maestro himself has also developed, as his new "Kaseta De Ouf" impressively proves. oofoe - goldfish ep (2019)
Order Cassette: vinyl-digital.com
If someone had to describe a perfect lofi beattape in the encyclopedia, the brandnew "goldfish ep" by oofoe from Vienna, would be the perfect example. The producer doesn't just put loops together, but also has an excellent feeling for melodies and the interplay of different instruments and sound elements. The result is a beautiful album, which wraps every listener dreamily and never lets him go.

mt. fujitive - sanctuary (2019)
For many fans out there lofi hiphop is a real sanctuary and mt. fujitive not only has the same opinion, but definitely is an integral part of it.
The impact of lofi hiphop is often underestimated by the general public. But whoever dives deeper into this scene knows what he has on these mellow sounds. With his new album "sanctuary" the beat maker from Reykjavik has set a monument to his favorite music genre. Like hardly any other producer, he knows how to create certain moods with his minimalistic beats. Each song on the record conjures up a different picture and yet "sanctuary" works as a beautiful unit that will convince all fans immediately!
